Irma Carneal, 95, of Tappahannock, passed away peacefully at her residence on Tuesday, November 16, 2021. She was the widow of Thomas W. "Big T" Carneal Sr. Irma and her husband were the owners of Carneal's Tastee Freez and Carneal's Tire. She was a member of St. John's Episcopal Church, Thursday Morning Ladies Bowling League, Ladies Auxiliary of the TEVFD and Women of the Moose.
