REGISTRATION FEE
All members attending are asked to pay the registration fee to the host company upon arrival. The cost per person is $15.Some companies pay as a group and others pay individually. Cash and checks made to the host auxiliary are acceptable.
LODGING
Lodging for the weekend will be at the Comfort Suites Fredericksburg. The room rate is $119 (plus taxes). You may register by calling 540-891-1112 and mentioning Spotsylvania #2 Fire Dept Auxiliary. The reservation deadline is October 23. The address for the hotel is Comfort Suites Fredericksburg, 4615 Southpoint Pkwy, Fredericksburg, VA 22407.

COMMUNITY SERVICE PROJECT
At the Fall 2021 Zone Meeting, a new idea was brought up to get the VSFA Auxiliary name out in places that we visit. The idea was that we do a collection of items and donate to the area we are visiting. The Spotsylvania #2 Auxiliary will be collecting items for the local animal shelter (food, toys, treats, etc.) Your contributions will be greatly appreciated.
