All members attending are asked to pay the registration fee to the host company upon arrival. The cost per person is $15. Some companies pay as a group and others pay individually. Cash and checks made to the host auxiliary are acceptable.

COMMUNITY SERVICE PROJECT
At the Fall 2021 Zone Meeting, a new idea was brought up to get the VSFA Auxiliary name out in places that we visit. The idea was that we do a collection of items and donate to the area we are visiting. The Service Project for the Spring Zone meeting has not been announced yet.
